Supreme Court to Hear 10th Amendment Case

In a case that could have implications on Obamacare and Arizona's immigration law, the Supreme Court will hear an obscure case involving the 10th Amendment.

Providence Rhode Island has a new take on dealing with its budget short fall. The state is issuing pink slips to all the teachers in the state's employ. Not all teachers will be let go, but the state is preparing itself for massive layoffs.

Arizona is looking to pass a second immigration bill. This bill targets illegal immigrants in public housing, in the workforce, and who are receiving public benefits.
